Refund policy

The experiences on sale at MomentwithSanta.com are physical meetings that are scheduled via booking by the customer. The booked experience is possible to cancel up to 1 week (7 days) before the event takes place. 

Refund will be issued in that case to the payment method the booking was paid with originally, on these terms:

• Cancellation 30 days before: full refund - 50€ (booking fee)
• Cancellation 7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund.
